We strive to align with your team and have developed an engagement strategy that yields consistent results, with your participation and project feedback leading the way.

On day one, our account manager, project manager, and technical lead will pair off with related members of your team. This setup allows expectations to be set and managed and provides everyone involved with the resources they need to do their best work.

Throughout the project, we’ll maintain communication to adjust our approach and execution. With an eye on what’s to come, we are able to prevent potential pitfalls, mitigate risks, avoid unexpected delays, and thoughtfully apply customer feedback. Our agile technical process echoes our strategic process and relies on customer check-ins every two weeks that culminate in pre-launch project reviews and testing.
